THE INSPIRATION ... for this slightly unusual regatta was naturally Hanse yachts. Hanse sailors sail around Rügen in Hanse’s 291, 292, 300, 311, 312, 315, 320, 331, 341, 342, 350, 370, 371, 400, 401, 411, 430, 461, 470 and 531 (540). They compete for:
	the perpetual trophy of the Mayor of the Hanseatic and University City of Greifswald,
	the HanseYachts GmbH & Co. KG perpetual trophy for 1st place, awarded to the low scorer on corrected time,
	the Yacht-Charter Ostee perpetual trophy for the fastest charter yacht on corrected time,
	the Hanse (Deutschland) Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG perpetual trophy,
	various daily awards.
This regatta offers culture without neglecting your taste buds. Each stop on the way offers delicious fare. Anyone who owns or charters a Hanse yacht can participate in the regatta. We welcome company crews, Hanse owners, all interested Hanse sailors and enthusiasts.

Saturday, September 6, 2008	8:30: Welcome and skipperís meeting at HanseYachts 11:00: Start of the 1st race from Greifswald to Sassnitz starting at 19:30: Dinner, drinks, & conversation at the old ferry dock
Sunday, September 7, 2008	09:00: Start of the 2nd race from Sassnitz to Hiddensee starting at 19:30: evening program at a restaurant on Hiddensee
Monday, September 8, 2008	11:00: Start of the 3rd race from Hiddensee to Stralsund starting at 19:30: evening program in Stralsund
Tuesday, September 9, 2008	08:00: Start of the 4th race from Stralsund to Greifswald 15:00: Award ceremony at HanseYachts
